Breaking news: Ralf Ragnick reveals role Ole will play in other to complete Haaland’s deal .

 Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick is interested in signing Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, but the name of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been referenced in reports about the deal. 



Manchester United are reportedly making a hefty bid for Erling Haaland, but speculations about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's role in the deal are circulating. 

The Red Devils fired Solskjaer earlier this season after a poor run of play that ended in a humiliating 4-1 loss at Watford. After Michael Carrick took command of three matches, Ralf Rangnick took over as temporary manager and spelled out new transfer ambitions for the club. 

One particular bid involves another Norwegian, Erling Haaland, who was on United's radar as far back as 2019, when the forward eventually moved from Red Bull Salzburg to Borussia Dortmund. Rangnick is said to have a good relationship with Haaland's father, ex-Manchester City star Alf-Inge.

Breaking news: Lars Kornetka to be Ralph Rangnick’s assistant at Manchester United and reveals his key major players to face Chelsea on Sunday.

  Lars Kornetka is set to be Ralph Rangnick’s  assistant at Manchester United. Kortnetka has previously worked with Ragnicks  at Hoffenheim, Schalke and was his assistant  manager at RB Leipzig. He currently works  as a management advisor at Lokomotiv Moscow. Kornetka assisted Julien Nagelsmann and  was the video analyst during Pep Guardiola’s  tenure at Bayern Munich. As per Athletic’s earlier reports, United are set  to appoint Rangnick as an interim manager  until the end of the season and have offered  him a further two-year role as a consultant.
